1. This is a tool that enables you to synchronise outlook on two computers .You need to visit the website of Easy2 Sync. You need to click the download button that will be present on the website under the column freeware. The file will take some time to finish downloading.
2. Run the downloaded file and click run on the security warning and install the program. When the installation is complete, click the finish button and the program will launch.
3. When you launch the program for the first time, you will need to click on “Agree to treaty” and also “confirm all critical actions manually”. Once the program is functional, select “Create a new Task” and then “synchronise” and then “next”. The user will need to choose the outlook folders that you need to synchronise and also the machine that you want to do it with.

4. Open the program. And set the location from where you want the files to be synchronized by clicking on “synchronization location”. To make the synchronization automatic, go to “general” and set it to “automatic”.
