Steps to keep a back up of your contacts using Address Book

• You can find the Address Book in the Applications folder or on your Dock. Launch it.
• Select the “Export” option under the “File” tab from its top menu.
• Then select the “Address Book Archive”.
• Click on “Save”. To access your saved data quickly and easily, you can save the file with any name of your choice with the help of the “Save As” option. • Launch iTunes.
