Sync Outlook with Blackberry

Don’t you know the process of synchronizing outlook with Blackberry using USB? Read this article carefully as it will give explanation on the configuration of synchronizing PC with Blackberry via Blackberry desktop software.  

Instructions 

• Set up Blackberry Desktop Manager to PC using CD from manufacturer or make use of download software from http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop.
  
  
• Link Blackberry to the PC via USB cable then install the Blackberry device. After completing the device driver installation, the PC will show a text message like “hardware established successfully” in the task tray of windows.
  
  
• Now run the software Blackberry Desktop and select the ‘Synchronize’ option.
  
  
• Then select the ‘configure’ option and may choose Calendar, contacts, notes and task databases by clicking the check boxes next to each. When you click on each item, it will ask which apps that you would like to synchronize with, you have to select ‘outlook’ for all.
  
  
• Click ‘Ok’ out of all windows till you stay in the main Blackberry desktop manager screen. Now click on synchronize. Remember to check the synchronize organizer data check box. Begin the synchronization by clicking on ‘Synchronize now’ option.
