How to Synchronize Public Calendars

• If you want to keep your work organized and planned then the best way is to use public calendars. One can easily create a public calendar online and synchronize public calendars on mobile phone. With this, you can stay updated with all meetings and projects while moving from one place to another.
  
  
• The first step towards synchronizing public calendars is to download a calendar on your computer. It is worth mentioning that the calendar should be saved in a format that is supported by the mobile phone. If you have no idea about which formats are supported by your mobile phone then simply take help of user manual.
  
  
• Secondly, you have to connect mobile phone and computer or laptop with the help of USB cord. One end of the USB cord is inserted into the mobile phone while other is inserted into USB port of computer or laptop.
  
  
• Now you have to install the sync software of your mobile phone on the computer. If by any chance you did not receive the software then it would be wise to contact the mobile phone provider. Once you insert the software, a window pops up on the screen.
  
  
• Once the software is opened, you can click on a tab saying something similar to “Synchronize Options”. This option includes all the files and functions present in the computer system. You can select the option of public calendar if you want to synchronize public calendars on mobile phone.
  
  
• Now you should drag and hold to the synchronization panel. If you want to synchronize more than one calendar in your mobile phone then it can be done by pressing “Ctrl”, “Alt”, and “Delete”. Afterwards you should click “Synchronize”.
  
  
• You can now wait for the synchronization process to get complete. Once it is done the USB, cord can be removed.
