| As in above diagrame it's clear that you needs to install Enterprise Version to each terminal ( i.e. laptop, destop etc.. to which we needs to synchronize or take backup ) and then conntect all these terminals to a Local Back Server ( Enterprise Server Version needs to be installed on this Local Backup Server ) and again you can take backup of this Local Backup Server to Remote Backup Server for more backup. |
| |
| Note : Enterprise Version will have all the features of core version and having following extra features. |
| |
| Key Features |
| |
| Mass Install Software: |
| This version can be controlled using Command Line Options that in turns allow you to use mass install software to silently install Synchronization Software on employee workstations. |
| |
| Using Environment Variables in Folder Paths |
| Using environment variable such as %USERNAME% in folder paths of the synchronization task allows you to setup one set of task that would work for all employees so it makes our work faster and easy. For example, you can set-up a task that synchronize "%USERPROFILE%" to "\NETSHARE\BACKUPS\%USERNAME%" once every week and then copies jobs.tic file (list of task) to all employees Synchronization Software Profile. Using the above settings sets up an environment where every employee has an automatic backup task that synchronize their profile to the backup server. |
| |
| Automatically Synchronize on Logon and Logoff : |
Enterprise Version having a setting " Auto Sync on Windows Logon and Logoff " by which you can setup your employee files or folders to be available locally on each pc, yet always be current file will be available on a centralized company main server:
 |
On Logon our software synchronize company main server to the local pc, thus downloading updated files from the server to the local pc. |
 |
On Logoff our software synchronize automatically local pc to the company main server, thus uploading changed local files to the company main server. |
|
